Overview
Odíhg Ashàzāv was founded durring the early 9th century, by Mp̪fēb Cú̄kīb 'Amethyst Nightlight' Ga̋ń̄ Ga̋ń̄ Da̋ń Powys Powys. The establishment of Odíhg Ashàzāv was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Odíhg Ashàzāv's construction back out of the project. Mp̪fēb Cú̄kīb 'Amethyst Nightlight' Ga̋ń̄ Ga̋ń̄ Da̋ń Powys Powys pushed on reguardles, and Odíhg Ashàzāv was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Odíhg Ashàzāv was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Ashàzāv is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Odíhg Ashàzāv is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive baked earthen streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Odíhg Ashàzāv's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The town's political statment focused walls have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
A look around Odíhg Ashàzāv makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It’s a quiet town filled with closed scriptoriums, people quietly yet dejectedly reading in isolated places around town, and the occasional book laying in a heap of garbage.

Cultural Notes
Odíhg Ashàzāv's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
In Odíhg Ashàzāv hail is always enormous, yet harmlessly plinks off people, creatures, and structures.
